I help successful midlife singles navigate modern dating and attract and grow lasting love, without sacrificing who they are or their goals in life.

I became a student of love after my “disaster decade.”

After experiencing the very same break up for the third time with three very different men, I realized I was the common denominator and committed to “figuring out” what was going ‘wrong’ in my love life.

I reflected on the themes of my relationships and focused on shifting my patterns. I learned how to shift my mindset and my behavior, date from a place of self worth, and detach from the outcome while focusing on the process of calling in great love.

It wasn’t long before I met an extraordinary man online… we were both looking to date outside our social circle, only we soon discovered we’d been dancing around each other at all the same parties and events for years!

We quickly fell in love, moved cross-country, and married within the span of two years.

Though it felt like a fairytale at first, after a while I began to notice my old patterns popping up.

But this time was different: with THIS man, the pain of running away outweighed the anticipated pain of exploring my love and intimacy blocks head on.

Since then, I have committed to the study and practice of growing lasting love: for myself, and for my Beloved.

Through my signature programs: Your Majesty, and Core Joy Living, I help other independent women do the same.

My work inspires deeply transformational experiences through movement, mindfulness, and compassionate behavioral exploration, via live and online programs, spectacle dance performances, and nature-immersive glamping retreats.

Previously, I founded Sense of Motion, a NYC-based joyful wellness & movement company, where I trained hundreds of clients in functional-strength based Pilates, taught dance classes, and choreographed several large-scale Hula Hoop Dances for NYC arts events.

I’ve worked in marketing, public relations, and events for Broadway theatrical productions and various non-profits including the American Red Cross. I have a B.S. in Communications, Television / Radio Production from Ithaca College, and am certified in Life Coaching, Pilates, Thai Massage, Hula Hoop Dance, and Roller Skating Instruction.

I have two life coaching certifications, first through Mary Morrissey and the Brave Thinking Institute (2016) and again with Certified Life Coach Institute (2023). I have further studies with Rhonda Britten, Mat Boggs, Heather Elliot, Trauma Healing with Jeffery Rutstein and Deb Dana, and most recently a graduate of the Modern Elder Academy in Baja, Mexico.

I live in Colorado with my husband Nicholas Whitaker and two adorable cats, Mr. Muffinpaws and Major Tom, Cat. When I’m not serving the hearts of independent women, I am skating on ice or wheels, in a hammock in the mountains, or deep in the desert back country with my honey.

“Thanks for lighting that fire within me.”

At age 38 for the first time ever, I am shutting off my brain and all the seductive things it says and listening ONLY to my heart. Thank you for being a catalyst for that!!! “

“I found my BIG LOVE!”

“OMG thank you so much BEX! I am so happy. I found my BIG LOVE and truly believe that my time spent listening to your interviews was a catalyst for that to happen.”
